From this Well

There is water
cold and clear
filtered in the stratum
of eons
now flowing
drawn out
in bucketful's….
Do you thirst?
Is your will strong
to the task
of understanding it?
To the lifting….
the filling of your mind
with emotions
long forgotten?

From this well
quench your thirst
in sips of wisdom
aged to perfection
by those who've walked
life's deserts
and in sips of knowledge
you will thirst
no longer
