What Is It? When you can say what is on your mind and know that you're understood; When you can cry your eyes out, and later hear words that make you feel good; What is it that draws you near so you know you've nothing to fear; When you feel needed, warm, close and sincere, What is it that makes each day a little happier and bright, When you're able to see things in a new and different light; What is it that you know will never finish, never end; not known simply as a person or being, but remembered warmly as a very dear friend. ©KRJ 23 January, 2000 Originally Written 1969 Sunshine Look, then, into thine heart, and write ~~~ Henry Wadsworth Longfellow |

Because this is a sad kinda piece, Im not going to tell you how much I enjoyed reading it. Im also not going to tell you that you have done a great job at wording this. I will tell you that you have a talent for writing. Very Nice < !signature--> The Devil Made Me Do It. [This message has been edited by Bad Boy (edited 01-23-2000).] |

I had thought this perhaps a bit juvenile to be posting at my age, but I thought...what the heck... it is so nice to have received such delightful comments on it. Thank you all. Sunshine Look, then, into thine heart, and write ~~~ Henry Wadsworth Longfellow |
