No Escape ~Marge Tindal~ Tender is the moment of a new love's sigh. As fresh as a breath of air waiting to be taken. I breathe you in. I am filled with your love. You awaken the very essence of what love is all about. I'd hold my breath to keep you from escaping. For keeping you is the very life of me. ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

Balladeer- Well, hello sweetheart. How 'bout a lesson in resuscitation? I could handle you being in my atmosphere for sure. I love intertwining rhymes; I call them braided rhymes; my husband Dale writes them so well. The words in different stanzas - "taken", and "awaken" strike me. Stirring poem, borne of deep feelings. Lovely. |

Rosamaree- Thank you ... and yes, your husband does them very well. I've read EVERYTHING you two have written on your web site .... absolutely a 'fir-laced' study in love if I've ever seen it. Thank you for the comments on the intertwining verses ... braided ... I like that. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

I liked this one too, Marge. Very much. The loose interior rhyme and the simplicity of phrasing are subtle, yet strong enough to maintain a gentle continuity...nicely done. Claire |

Ooh Marge, this is so beautiful. Simple, yet striking, and it certianly appeals to this mushy and in love person. Wonderful! *Krista Knutson* ~*Like a lion, without fear of the howling pack, Like a gust of wind, ne'er trapped in a snare, Like a lotus blossom, ne'er sprinkled by water, Let me, like a unicorn, in solitude roam.*~ Hymn Of Buddha |
