Field full of flowers I lie you down slowly, in a field full of flowers, The mist is rising up, from the mornings showers. Your eyes reflect clearly, the color of the sky, A rainbow above, for just you and I. A gentle breeze puts the flowers to dance, Setting the rhythm for our romance. Birds singing softly, melodies of love, White fluffy clouds, glide slowly above. Blossoms fall gently from an old apple tree, And come to rest softly, all around you and me. Your honey scented hair, so soft and so sweet, I kiss your red lips, what a fine candied treat. Like fine woven silk, your skin I must touch, Your my fantasy come true, God, I want you so much. So simple am I to deserve all your pleasure, The love you give now, I will always treasure. Simply put, you are an angel to me, I want to show the world, I want them to see! "I am the one", I will shout from the towers, That you wish to lie down with, in a field full of flowers. |

Oh, Roger- I like this very much. Can just smell the grasses and the flowers in the field you've chosen. Beautifully written. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

Wow! You did create a spell with this, Roger! So beautifully romantic! Wonderful! ![]() Denise And slight is the sting of his trouble Whose winnings are less than his worth; For he who is honest is noble, Whatever his fortunes or birth.~~~Alice Cary, ~Nobility~ |
