MY dear dear friends, I am so happy to see this most loving birthday post. Right now I am in Belgium and I am celebrating with my grandsons. Have few opportunities to be online, but I am always heart connected with you and will be back in March,
THANK YOU ALL FROM MY HEART FOR YOUR WISHES. They are very very welcome, as I am also in a healing process from a very frightening fall all the way down a marble stair, full of bruises but all whole, quite the miracle! Life is a precious gift and I am so grateful. Life is beautiful.

I am feeling better, dear Ida, but I still hurt and can't walk for as long as I would like to, and running is not an option right now. Running at my age? What age?
