Just to let you know I am on the coast and looking for an apt the next few days, and applying for whatever services are necessary. The travel was exhausting, but at least I got here in one piece. Even with precautions I'm now fighting a sore throat (Zinc tablets and Vit C) later.... |

I found a nice studio apt right here in Garibaldi, a block from the Coast Guard station, next to a small market. It's perfect! I am delighted, and they are too, they already gave me the keys today! Now, to get a bed delivered by Monday so I can actually 'move in' and feel at home again. SMILE, the weather was fantastic today, sunny, no rain. I had so much to do no time to stroll Rockaway Beach (only 5 miles from here) but went there for lunch to watch the waves breaking. ~sigh~ I'm happy today~ |
