Well, her computer's still not allright, so she asked me to thank all who have send her a card. She really was overwhelmed with all your lovely words and she kept telling me and others over and over about all the beautiful cards she got from her Pipster friends. Here's a photo, taken at the garden of my eldest daughter, where we had a light dinner (after having a extensive lunch at my sister's holiday house). There was a threat of heavy rain, but only a few drops fell, so we didn't go inside, but gave Mom an umbrella instead.  Mommy Muys sends her love to each one of you. Hi Late, the gloves she wears because she has arthritis in both thumb joints. She used to get cortisone shots almost every six to eight months, until Marge wrote her that her grandma used to put Vicks on her hands and wore cloves. Since my mom is doing that too, I never heard her complain about pain anymore and she hasn't has a shot in about two/three years now. Like scattered leaves...my words will flow |

Wow! And I thought it was because she was a "lady". That is good to hear. You never know what will help something like that.I wonder if it would work on knees with a knit cover over it. |

I too thought I would love to go back to the days that we wore white gloves. Just think of all the flu germs we would avoid? I am delighted she had such a nice birthday, and I bet she got cards from all over the world. I tried to find a special stamp when I sent it, in case she was saving them. I'm at her computer now, because Mommy Muys thought she was twenty again and walked on her socks through the room and stumbled and fell backwards and hit her bum and her head and is down with a light concussion and a sore bum. She want to say thanks to: Balladeer Mysteria Suthern 1slicklady Oklahoma Rose Larry C Latearrival Earth Angel Margherita (who happened to've been visiting her daughter at only 1,5 hour drive from here in Belgium and we didn't know, otherwise we could have paid her a visit, but she said next time) All of you and the ones on the blue pages have made her day, she's still talking about it.
