Our friend and family member here jwestley (jimmy) has a wonderful new grandson born Sat. July 11th not even a week old and he needs surgery his name is... Well after eleven days in the hospital (born july 11, 2009) open heart surgery to reattach his Aorta and his Pulmantary Artery, Bradyen finally saw the inside of his own bedroom, at home. And according to Justin he did what all babies do,...crapped his diapher and cried:: Welcome Home Grandson!! He still has a few relatively minor things to over come but... he's home! Justin and Abbie (mom and dad) are estatic, as are we all. It was touch and go for a while but looks like the sun's coming out now. On a sad note, please wing a prayer to Marie Steppe and Family, wife of my long time (30 plus years) best friend, Jay who passed away in his sleep Monday night from complications of Kidney Cancer. Jay and I were close...and he was a very good man. I and the rest of my family will miss him terribly. Thank you all for your hearts... jimmy |
