Martie's ok, as it Ratleader. I've talked to both, although Martie's been having some computer issues. I believe Dark Stranger is from the same area, but I see he's posting, so that leads me to believe he's okay, as well.

Earthquakes are very unsettling...but if you know your animals, you'll know when one's coming...

Hi...I'm fine...as to my computer...I was talking to tech-support when the earthquake happened. I went to the floor beside my bed with the phone in my hand yelling, (hmmm, something loud and scared). The initial jolt was strong where I live, which is about 20 miles away from the epicenter. As I lay on the floor I could feel the earth sway...almost like I was in a ship in rough sea.

Thanks Karen et all, for worrying.

Have they discovered the source of those underground fires yet folks? That reminds me of a science fiction movie what goes on in the dry season down there, very scary.
