Certain people touch our lives,
and suddenly it seems
That we've a whole new outlook,
new incentives for our dreams,
And somehow we feel richer —
I know this to be true —
For it's made that kind of difference
in my life just knowing you.

to a gracious gifted lady and mentor,
who always has the time to offer a hand...
enthusiastically applauds another poet's efforts...
while gifting us with her beautiful work.
