While watching you grow here, Noah, we've all learned a deeper meaning of tenderness from you as well as additional vocabulary building. You are an inspiration to young and old. May your year explode with greatness!

(does happy dance) Yay! Awwwwwwwww, thank y'all for your most wonderful, friendly, supportive words as always, yay!
I've said it so many times already and I'll say it again, these robin-egg blue pages truly do feel like a second family to me, yay! For nearly five-and-a-half years now, I feel like I have grown up here, and y'all have watched me grow up here, feeling as though you've all parented me somehow with your poetry and advice. (smiles) While all those friends from back home in Colorado will always shine from my yearbook, you're all part of my heart's scrapbook!
By the way, all of the names that show up in my milestone poem "Yearbook" are in fact real people that I grew up through high school with. I did this both to really humanize this song and make it a song I hope many could so easily relate to and cnjure the deep emotions of the heart within, as well as open more of my heart and experiences to all my friends here. (sigh) Graduating as valedictorian four years ago, I also got to write the opening page of the Class of 2002 Yearbook as a school tradition, where I centered it around 9/11 and in letting the healing begin, because September 11th during my senior year, and with a most optimistic voice saying that we shall overcome and grow closer together through thick and thin and such! So all in all, the year I graduated was an overwhelmingly emotional year which still gets to my heart to this day, but also a year that's of deepest sentimental value and joy to me.
Bless you all, dearest friends, and you can bet I have many more heartfelt, celestial, happy-go-lucky, passionate, whimsical and sympathetic poetic surprises on the way, yay! (does thin mint flit)
Love, Noah Eaton

Thank you for answering my question about your poem, Noah. I love reading through yearbooks, even if they aren't my own, because of the slice of life in them. Congrats again!
