I just wanted to let you guys know that their is free food and water being distributed at victory fellowship church on airline highway next to the saints practice field. I have been wanting to post this but I have not seen many computers in working condition in new orleans. But at any rate I would like to meet you serenity. If thier is anything you need let me know and I will try to get it for you.

Thank you soulfisher, for your thoughtfulness and kindness. If you are in the New Orleans area, then you understand all the better what a tough haul this really is going to be for us all.

With two thirds of the area's citizens displaced, and many not returning, it's tough even for people who were fortunate to not have their homes and businesses wiped off the face of the earth. Economically, it's going to be a long, hard recovery as many are just becoming aware of the enormity of the task ahead as the initial shock of the catastrophe has lifted.

People such as the Victory Fellowship are doing wonderful works to keep hope alive for so many.

Thanks so much for caring. Words cannot convey the gratitude that I would like to express, not just for me, but for all of my neighbors and family.

I am in texas for a little r and r(3days) right now but i should be back tuesday. I now the distribution lines are long at victory so I will send you an email with my cell number (new orleans) and I will get your stuff to you within a couple of minutes (call it perks of being pip family). But you are right in every thing you stated and that is why I will be staying for the long haul.
