Thank you everyone for your prayers for they certainly helped me in my darkest hour. Life is never simple is it, but luckily for me I have the most wonderful husband imaginable. He was by my side every day, and when you consider that his trasvelling to the hospital I was in involved a train journey of 30mins, and two bus rides of 30 mins each, twice a day, that is saying something. I am still very tired but getting stonger each day, the surgeons were and are very pleased with me, and now it is only the pain team who want to see me regularly. I do feel, as I said very tired and cannot sit at the computer reading the lovely messages you all have sent me, so I'm hoping you wont mind the fact I havent replied to you all in person. As for your loving thoughts and best wishes I promise you Gray, (my husband is called Graham, so naturally I call him Gray), collected your messages and brought them to my bedside to cheer me up. Love you all muchly Mushy and Keth and Suthern thank you for the golden hearts you both bear, they helped me when nothing else could. Sounds like Graham realizes that you have a HUGE family, Mushy... Sounds like Graham is a Great Guy... but of course, you wouldn't pick but the very best! Get well soon, honey...we all need some mushy poetry to see us through the winter! |

What a warm thought knowing you're on the mend, now. I pray that pain management team pulls some rabbits out of the hat for you. Pain can really drag you down and tire you out. Rest and heal. God bless, Rae |
