Friends~ Just one week ago I met a new friend through my Native American Indian Poetry ... His name is Badger Hawk and his wife is Shadow Wolf ... found out that they live just 20 miles from where I live~ Badger Hawk told me that he and his brother, SILVERHAWK, hold weekly gatherings at the fire circle to teach and reach younger ones and that they share my poetry at those gatherings~ We made plans to meet in the near future~ Yesterday I received notice from Badger Hawk that SILVERHAWK had been taken to the hospital with bleeding in his brain~ He asked for prayers ...~ On this day they must make the decision to see if SILVERHAWK can survive or go onward to the land of Ancient Spirits~ I ask that each of you please take a moment and pray to the god-of-your-knowing that SILVERHAWK be allowed to heal and remain upon the earthly plain ... and if that is not the Sprirt's plan for him ... then that he be allowed the dignity of crossing over in peace~ Small world that turns us around at a time when one needs to call out to us for help~ I add a stick of tender healing to the fire in SILVERHAWK's name~ Adding one for the brother who is agonizing with the decision that may have to be made~ Please hold them all in prayerful vigil~ Thank you~ ~*Marge*~ ~*No matter what I search for ... |

Marge, I most certainly will add a stick to the prayer fire for Silverhawk. Blessed be he and his brother, Badger Hawk, for their work with young people. ~ And blessed be you for your gift of poetry to them as well. I will pray that Silverhawk "be allowed to heal and remain upon the earthly plain ... and if that is not the Spirit's plan for him ... then that he be allowed the dignity of crossing over in peace~" ...The prayer is on its way to the Great Spirits ear. Friends~ Sadly I have been notified by Badger Hawk that SILVERHAWK took the walk back to the land of his beginning~ The family appreciates your prayerful vigil, as I do~ Please continue to hold the family in your thoughts as they grieve this loss~ I will be joining this family in the rites as they are planned~ Thank you all so very much ...
