Yep we have been socked in with rain. On Saturday alone some parts of where I live in Florida got hit with 11" of rain. On Tuesday we got 2"-7" of rain. And today they expect another 2"-5" of rain. Some parts of town were knee deep in water yesterday. Other parts of Florida are just as bad, if not, worse. So just have us Floridians in your prayers. Thank you!!!!!

Keep safe there.  I was raised on the Texan gulf coast, so know about high rainfalls.  Some visitors thought flatbottomed boats tethered to the front porch was daft and redneckish.  But then, they were never there during the 6 month rainy season, when the hurricanes, storms, depressions, and slow moving fronts frequent the Gulf states and the Atlantic seaboard.

Down here in Ft. Lauderdale w have had three times as much rain for June than we've ever had...makes it harder to golf. Doesn't stop us - just makes it harder!

Saw some footage of flooded golf courses up around Iowa and thought 'Balladeer would do fine there, he's used to enormous water hazards.'

I keep a fragrance bottle my
muse gave me when I met him
in endless winter and he
settled me into remembering
who I am.
