I got a brand new computer. It is a Windows XP, and I am so lost on it. I can't find anything. LOL!

Hey, you found us, so you must be doing something right. Great to see you back here! I have XP, and there are still lots of things about it I don't understand, but it's really much better than W98 or 2000, so if you had those, you'll like XP more (I do, anyway)But you'll need to download all those dang updates and patches if your version hasn't been 'fixed' in the last month or so.

I have XP too - welcome to the world of headaches. YOu can set your computer to automatically update Sue, in start, help, pick a task, keep your computer up to date

Hi, Sue! Me too! I am really having fun learning Windows XP! I'm amazed at all it can do! When I think of the hundreds and hundreds of hours of work it could have saved me! My computer crash turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

Happy computering! ~ and remember! XP is very forgiving! ~ and thank goodness for that as I go fumbling through it all!
