Hello everyone. I have heard from some of you who have been trying to access my message boards from the link on my new website. I am sorry but we have had a bad glitch since last night. We are mostly repaired now but still not in a position to accept posting. The trouble was between my host server and his old ISP and it should be resolved later tonight or tomorrow. Until it is I will not add the new link to my website. And now I want to thank you all for the very warm welcome, so rare on an internet filled with..., well, you know what. Ron, I take it you are our host here? It was your initial email which caused me to stay and watch to see what this place was like, thank you for that. Already I have discussed your boards here with my members and I see some of them are registering already. You can expect more to drift over after our reports are in over this weekend. We are a group of writers and poets together with our families and friends, some authors already and some of us still writing that first novel. Glad to be here, I won't be any trouble. **smile** Warm regards, Tony. J |

What a wonderful note. Your friends are more than welcome, and although I don't speak for Ron, I do feel I can speak for Passions as a whole...of poets who welcome poets. Looking forward to greeting your friends! |

How kind of you to leave this note! And, if your friends are anything like you.. well, we can't wait to meet them. Come on in...the door is open. |

Antonio you seem to be a very refreshing new member and I am enjoying your work so far. I think you will really get to call this place your second home as so many have done the world over. Our host, and benefactor, Ron Carnell opened these doors in order more people would just write. I don't even think he imagined it would become the biggest and best respected poetry board on the internet. Welcome to you and your friends, and I will watch for new members. Happy Holidays to you and yours. Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me. [This message has been edited by Mysteria (12-14-2003 12:41 AM).] |

Thank you Sunshine, Enchantress and Mysteria, it was nice of you to take time out to respond here. My forums are still a little herky-jerky but the problem now is only in trying to post. There is nothing to stop viewing and most of the threads are viewable. This morning with Streaven's permission I posted one of his poems over there in our "Poets' Arch." You can go take a look at it and others by clicking here. When you are done in that thread you can come out to the main page and our list of threads by clicking on the name, "Il Castello dei Sogni," (The Castle of Dreams). Be sure you visit our interactive E-Zine up at the top called, "This Week From The Keep." Happy hunting, Tony. J |

Hello, Tony - and welcome to Passions in Poetry. I'll definitely visit your boards, and I hope you're up and running smoothly ASAP. We're a great group of writers here (of all skill levels) and we're happy to bring more into the fold. You and your friends are very welcome here. We have many forums to choose from, including our main Open Forum, a Critical Analysis Forum for those seeking critique, and a Prose Forum for story tellers. I think you'll all find a comfortable niche here.... Have a great day... |

Hello Nan and thank you for your message. Our boards were going fine earlier this morning and the links to them from my webpage were working too but now I see they are still twiddling with it. I guess we will be in fine shape later today. You are very welcome to visit. Thank you for the nice welcome. I see two of my friends from the castle have registered here and they are, Unsure Poet and Fifty'sNifty. I hope they will both share a little here. Unsure Poet, (Tom) has his own topic in the castle called, "The Poets' Arch" so if you have any verse you would like to share with us please go ahead and drop in there. Kind regards, Tony. |
