Kellie, How wild! I was just thinking of you this week and when I might hear from you again! I have spent a month in cardio-therapy now. Three days a week. Then three of the other four days I walk between 3 to 5 miles near home at a very rapid pace. I lost 5 lbs. this last week so my dietary adjustments are working. I'm down 22.5 lbs. (30 to go) during the past year. My disappointment is not being online at home right now and being very inactive in this forum. How cool I popped in at this moment. My email addresses haven't changed so I do check those everyday. Catch me up! AND welcome back.
