As you all know, our dear friend Lyra/Madame Chipmunk has been struggling with extensive health problems in recent months. She isn't spending time online, and won't see this post as long as no one leads her to it. She is, however, hoping to see some of us visit her on her birthday in April. If you're interested in that, please email me so that we can formulate plans... Her birthday is on the 13th, but Liz Santos and I are planning for sometime during the week after Easter (to coincide with our own personal schedules). Aside from that - Would all of you wonderful poets please go in and sign the guestbook on her new site?... Madame Chipmunk's Chatterbox. This is a surprise, so don't be telling her about it... Looking forward to a birthday party is giving Lyra a great deal of strength to cope, my friends... I don't expect that she'll need or want a crowd, but a few poets visiting will lift her spirits immensely. Let me know if you're interested or able to visit her sometime during the week of April 20-27? Thank you all sincerely, Nancy  |
