My mom was in a head on collision today. It was a T-bone collision that totaled her car. To get her out they had to cut the driver door out. They took her to the hospital on a neck/back board. Medical staff indicated they would have a report in ten minutes. That was at about 3:00 p.m. Oregon time. Please pray for her and for her health. She was scheduled to leave tomorrow for my dad's family reunion and then spend some time with us boys. Hopefully all is well. Thanks.

Praise the Lord. She will be fine, but she hasn't been released yet. They are taking one more x-ray of a spot on her neck and she expects to be released tonight. Still plans to follow through on her travel plans. It's about time I get to dodge a bullet! Thank you all for your support.

Larry when I saw your announcement and read your plea, I couldn't believe what I was reading. Dear man I am so sorry and please know I will keep your Mom in my prayers.

I do not understand what is happening. How much is one family supposed to endure? May God have mercy on you all.

Larry, I just got home from work and 'stopped by' the board for a minute, saw this, and nearly fainted in shock. I am glad she is going to be OK. You have all had more than enough trauma. Hugs to all of you, and I know you will be hugging each other tight.
