Sometimes I think snail mail will win the race. My email server is so glitchy, eats some mail, lets others through. Bottlenecks and sends 10 at once, time to call that techie back and talk about his guaranteed paycheck?
I'm shopping for antiques today, yanno, the paper, pencil, envelope, stamp combo? Anyone remember what they look like?
BTW, my ISP has a spam filter, and maybe it thinks some of my mail is SPAM? Must I remind them I'm a vegetarian, and my friends don't send me SPAM?

Yea, Kacy, I do recall what those things look like. Paper, stamps, envelopes are generally flat little two dimensional type objects...although the more intelligent types out there would argue that they are really three dimensional...pencils, now...I don't generally use pencils, so I cannot hand one over to you...but if you would like to peruse a good fountain pen, why, I have a number of those....

and you know what? The person to whom you will be addressing these missives are surely going to be smiling as they return from the mailbox...

LOL, thanks, Karilea. Actually, I think it is time to practice my penmanship. I've noticed my handwriting has gotten very sloppy lately, as if I forgot how to write cursive. So now it's off to the store to buy the original WP tools.

Looks like that was it. I checked with one of the other techs and the
mail server did hiccup early this morn.

(This is the reply I got from the ISP tech.)
Hope the server feels better now.
