Well, I certainly hope that I am in the right place for this discussion. Anyway, here goes. Back in the August/September (not sure exactly when) time frame I purchase five books that were going to be ready for Christmas. Well, it is now almost May, and I haven't seen hide nor hare of them. It seems to me that Christmas has since passed and I haven't seen any books. I believe patience is a virtue, but at the present time just a note of what happened to them would be in order, as it is now four months past Christmas. So, my open question is this: Are the books ready, in the mail, being printed, sent to the wrong address, or have just been held up for a reason that I am not aware of as yet? I believe that an explanation, or an update on this matter is warranted at this time. BC |
