This is the one!!! The Stress Diet ~~~ This is a specially formulated diet designed to help people cope with the stress that builds during the day. BREAKFAST 1 grapefruit 1 slice whole-wheat toast 1 cup skim milk LUNCH Small portion lean, steamed chicken with a cup of spinach 1 cup herbal tea 1 Hershey's Kiss AFTERNOON TEA The rest of the Hershey's Kisses in the bag. 1 tub of Hagen-Daaz ice cream with chocolate chip topping DINNER 4 glasses of wine (red or white) 2 loaves garlic bread 1 family-size Supreme pizza 3 Snicker bars LATE NIGHT SNACK 1 whole Sarah Lee cheesecake (eaten directly from the freezer) REMEMBER . . . "Stressed" spelled backwards is "desserts" Send this to 4 people and you will lose two pounds. Send this to all the people you know (or ever knew), and you will lose ten pounds. If you ignore this message you will gain ten pounds immediately. That's why I passed this on ... I'm on a low risk diet.  |

Denise ... a diet from heaven, for sure Local Rebel ... it's acceptable to marinate Hershey's Kisses in Jack Daniels ... I'm sure I saw the Iron Chefs doing just this Regina ... how many packages? Nan ... do you need a bowl or a long handle spoon? anonymousfemale ... you want fries with that? Elizabeth ... now remember ... you have to stay on this diet till your doctor loses 10 pounds |
