When you publish a volume of your poetry, what are you going to title it?

Mine is Insipid Drivel. Like the title of my autobiography, this is subject to change though.

Either of these:

Blades of Grass (too close to Whitman I think)

or

Leaves of Imagination

The Moons of Evernight

Kind of dorky, but for the moment I like it...

or

confessions from the darkness

And I cry to the alleyway
Confess all to the rain
But I lie straight to the mirror
The one I've broken to match my face

Drifting Counterclockwise

Kinda goes with my name... plus it shows movement against time, in circles (without getting anywhere).

"Duets".....based on the following poem:

Music of my heart is born
And words emerge to paper;
As your eyes caress them
I hope they're met with favor.
For if you feel them giving
A little glow within,
Our hearts just shared a duet
Of feelings, my dear friend.

Y'know....a few months back a friend and I were kicking around a title...we found one, and I have subsequently misplaced it, but as soon as I find it, I'll put it here, never to be lost again!

I've decided to name my first book of poetry after one of my new poems. . .

Endless Thoughts

This would make a great challenge...take a title and write a poem or an intro to the book

Paula, that's a wonderful idea.     Post it in Challenge, I'll definitely accept.
