If you can read this right now...please send someone a small group of words that might make them smile. Would it really default ur whole schedule?? No but it might change some one else's view on their daily plans...Sending a smile just might put one o ur face. Let me know u are capable of doing this. Thanks!

I love to see others smile, but oftimes I only receive blank looks for my efforts....cheesy but true.

At work, I always smile! It's so much easier and if you smile, people wonder what you're up to! Besides, I don't want to share my troubles with anyone at work......put on a happy face!

A smile works in many ways, first you have to send the message to your brain to smile, and that comes from the emotion of happiness, or sharing. Then comes the trigger from the brain allowing it to happen, which then it seems as though it's glued upon your face. Then comes the reaction from others as they see you looking like you just did the most wonderful thing in the world, which you did, you shared your happiness with someone else. Oh boy, not only did you make me smile..but now I've gone an broke out into song....

"I can't smile without you..can't smile without you...." Wait a minute...if I'm so happy, what's with the sad, smile songs? Hmmmm, yep....that does it. THERAPY. I was almost convinced in another thread.....this did the trick.
