Okay, this will sound really strange, but I need to know: Where do all the dead birds go!? There are millions of birds - how often do you see a dead one (excluding the ones the cat drags in...)?!!! What - do they fly off to bird heaven and die up there? Enlighten me - enlightened poets! |

If they are ill they go somewhere where there are no people, and when they die they get eaten - either by scavengers, or by insects. I've seen a lot in the country, but never in a town. |

HMMMMMM...I'm not sure about the hooters thing!!! But even if they were eaten by insects surely there would be lots of bones around!!! I grew up in the country and still didn't see many. It's a puzzle... |

I'm sure they are sitting around on telephone wires somewhere wondering were people go when they die...we don't just drop in the street and lay there! Maybe there's a little funeral home for birds..a little undertaker.. some little coffins...and a cemetary...I bet there is....(actually I think they get scooped up and put in the garbage - or swept up by street cleaners).. |

I think the pink elephant discarded them hehe....but seriously, animals are knwon to eat birds (bones and all) others bury them, maybe they all fly to one place in the world (where no one lives) and dies there, and there is like some deserted island with millions nad millions of dead birds, etc, etc. the possibilities are endless. And as long as I dont get poopied on by the ones still living, no more have to die j/k j/k j/k Where do birds go when they die? When they can no longer flap their wings and fly. We all have our theories whose to say we're wrong or right? But the ones that are still living are such a glorious sight! So where the birds go when they die we shall all find out one day but I still think the pink elephant scared them all away! Ok korny korny korny I know, but dangit, Im just tired, and too nervous to sleep hehe, maybe I will go try again! *hugs* hehe I like interesting questions like this =) I can make fun of them when I am mejorly tired hehe! G'NITE!!!! Just be glad I'm not your child! *evil grin* |

Well... Did you ever wonder where other animals go to when they die???... like, say, a moose? or a bear? or an elephant????... Probably the same place as the bird... ya think?.. |

Birds, wild animals and even some domestic ones. They know their time is coming and they go somewhere quiet and undisturbed and die a lonely death. Then they are eaten by scavengers. We lost a neighbourhood cat this way last year. I was quite upset by it, for she was alone. It is sad. When I die I want to be surrounded by my loved ones. Let your heart guide you. It whispers, so listen closely. ~Isis~ (Sovereign of the Spirit) |

Well, I can tell you where a few of them end up. My cat "Needful" brings them to the back door and leaves them. A present from her to us. |
