+100 [i.e., yesterday] and Kansans wonder what tomorrow might be like, and talk about yesterday's +95 "cold snap". |

Funny Stuff. And Severn--just so you don't get confused-- 32-f--is not the freezing point of water--it is the melting point of ice. Jamie Tu ne cede malis, sed contra audentior ito. - Virgil. "Yield thou not to adversity, but press on the more bravely". |

I with Christopher on this one, although this Cali boy is already wearing his sweater at 70! Yesterday is ash, tomorrow is smoke; only today does the fire burn. JP "Everything is your own damn fault, if you are any good." E. Hemmingway |

Chris geez bud, come visit me out here ![]() We're having a cool summer. It's been in the 70-80*. That's pretty nice. But our winters, hey. What fun when it's -30. Like shoveling snow? I hate the winters, there bone chillin cold! I miss Georgia ![]() At 50 if it ever gets there, you guys pull out the parkas or what? ![]() [This message has been edited by WhtDove (edited 07-12-2000).] |

We have a cooling trend coming next week..should only be 100! When it gets to 125 here, we usually buy a bit more ice for the lemonade. When it gets below 80, we need a blankie at night! ![]() |

very funny stuff! i like it a lot. for whoever asked, to convert from farenheit to celsius just subtract 32 and divide by 1.8 and you'll have celsius. here in Las Vegas, a cool summer day rounds out at a cool, crisp 105 degrees. 75 is sweater time. we've never seen frozen water (it does that?). We all got our demons. We all got somethin' to atone for. |
