Great friend! I can talk to her, and laugh with her and cry with her. Her wit, her humor, her ideas are great! She's the best! Rex Allen McCoy, he's just sweet as can be! Michael, great to jest with! Bonnie, Marcy hearts of gold!  (great poetry too) Shawna! So sweet and loveable! Tori, just someone you have to get know! Great person! Karen (serenity), she's fun, and funny, and a friend I'm glad I have. Ron, he's a great person, understanding, great poet, funny, funny, did I say funny? There are too many to list! Think I'll start with you, Sharon...I like your dry wit, your intelligence, your sensitivity, and compassion....and I find your combination of forth-rightness (izzat a woid?) well, charming... but as White Dove pointed out to me in her thread, I've a problem distinguishing "like" from "love". It's true. To me, "like" is just "love", in denial...LOL and hugs... |

You know I understand that you don't want to single out someone and perhaps forget someone else, but this was posted in an attempt to get some of the newbies interested in the discussion forums. If we mention them and then tell them to come over and read, we may get some of them to frequent these 'lower' forums. Sorry didn't mean to make anyone uncomfortable. |

C'mon you all!! Don't leave me being the only one mentioning names here! A thought: we could write down each individual name in the forum, but that would just take up too much space. So let's hear what you like about someone in particular! Everyone would like to know what someone else likes about them right? And like in the other thread here, how would they know unless you told them so? (though this is a different kind of like Karen) LOL just teasin ya! This is not to single certain people out, but if everyone joined in, I believe everyone would be mentioned, wouldn't they? SO COME ON!!! |

I like Ron, need I explain why? Well since I do, he is awesome and patient and always manages to get things under control. I like Christopher because he makes things interesting. I like anyone who keeps Christopher under control because they keep things from getting too interesting. I like WhtDove, Sunshine, and Shannon (Pepper) because they're sweethearts. I like Kit, Marge, Denise, because they're so good with reading and replying to others' poetry and always have something nice to say. I like Elizabeth Santos and Balladeer 'cause they write such awesome poetry and they have also read mine. I like Nan and Sharon and all the moderators because they do such a great job resolving any issues that come up in the forums. I like Witch's Brat because she calms me down. I like Seraphin because she came in here to respond to this question even though she is a very new member. I like everyone here in these forums!!!!  |

First of all I have to agree with most so far, that passions is a warm loving family and is very supportive ... I must thank Alan for having invited me here his poetry is wonderful and deep as is his heart... Elizabeth Santos...for writing that lovely poem to me earlier and for all her wonderful words to read to Mark B. for all his nice replies and challenges that keep my mind off unhappy thoughts I wish to mention catalinamoon one of my first responders and one who is always there in kindness Marsha for the sweet e-mail and warm words of support...and I will reply soon...  to Gunslinger for being understanding to my poet friends who have joined me here...Professor Gloom, chanson~, Wilfred, Victoria, Drake, Steve B... believing me when I said this was "the place to be".... Bill Charles, for such wonderful, loving, positive poetry and encouraging responses there are many more...and I don't wish to leave anyone out...so I will be returning... {{hugs}} to you all...and if I am remiss on responding at this time...it is because I have a lot of personal things going on and when I have the moments, I am either releasing my own thoughts or reading others to cheer me up...I will try to respond to more poetry soon ~~smiles and thanks to all my new friends on here Maureen [This message has been edited by MMoonchild (edited 09-25-2000).] |

Well I absolutely adore everyone here, but heck, it's always fun to name some specific people! I like Dusk Treaderbecause he's a sweetheart, compassionate, kind, writes wondrous prose, and has been there for me when very few others have....I love you hon. I like LoveBug because she's incredibly fun, a hard worker, wacky (just like me!), and she's a great person to talk to. I like Nan because she's a great role model, a wonderful teacher, and has a great sense of humor! I like Chris (but don't tell anyone I admitted it!) because he's a heck of a lot of fun, crazy, and a tease...rock on Chris! I like Janet Marie because she always makes me feel good about myself and is very upbeat. I like Dark Angel because she always goes out of her way to chat with me, she's easy to relate to, and she's just plain and simply a sweetheart! I like Meadowmuse because she inspires me with her phenomenal words and always has something nice to say. I also like Ron and Poet deVine because of their great additudes and endless hard work! I like newbies because they bring so much to the forums! I like the teens because they have an enthusiasm all their own. I like the CA members as they are so intense and learned. I like the members in Dark because they are so understanding of the 'other side' of us all. I like Pub members because they seem drunk..no I take that back..they are quieter and constant. I like Spiritual members because they write about the 'inside' of me...and always make me feel better. I like Prose members because I've always liked a good story. I like my ICQ buddies because it's a good way to get to know someone (my number is 2014224 if you want to find me!) I like the other Moderators because they know the meaning of the word teamwork and boy do they! I like the Newsletter staff because they always come through for me. I like all the lurkers out there that read and never reply - I feel your love! And I like Ron. Because he is. |

actually -- it's a great habit to get into to tell people on a regular basis what you like about them -- when they do that thing -- so -- if you're uncomfortable about it -- just drop them an e-mail... or do it in response to their poem -- or just walk up to em -- and kiss em on da lips..  |

I adore Marge Tindal - she's like my second Mom here and she is so kind to all at passions and takes the time out to reply to many poems and has an amazing mind. She is the epitome of creativity and beauty! Ron - for his insightful replies and for creating Passions and for his endless devotion to this site Poet Devine - she is witty, encouraging, and for her steamy poems in adult poetry and for her hard-work and dedication to PassionsSven and Mark Bohannan - romantic sweethearts Janet Marie - a gator poet who cheers everyone up and has such a love for poetry it's catchy and inspiring Christopher - that guy is my comedic hero! You rock Chris! And he's kinda cute too, but don't tell him that Basically, I admire and respect all at passions, all are unique and worthy of praise for keeping this family going! P.S. I'll mail anyone a check for a million bucks if they mention moi! I like Marge Tindal, she's my mentor and someone who I will always look up to as a poet as well as a person. I like Poet DeVine, because she is so sweet and funny and I love to read everything she writes. I like Chris, because he's always getting 'picked on' and it's funny to watch him fight back. I like Toerag because he's so unique .I like Nan because she has taught me more about poetry than anyone. I like Alwye because I think she's the only one that has responded to just about everything I have posted here and she has incredible style. I like Lovebug because her poems and kind replies always make me smile. I like Whtdove because she cares about everyone. I like Elizabeth because she never forgets anyone and will listen when no one else will. I like Ron for the obvious reasons. I like everyone last one of our members, including the ones that are no longer with us because all of you have given me a home here at Passions and for the first time I honestly feel like I belong. You are some of the most talented, generous people I have come across in my life. Okay then aside from my close friends whom you all know to be JM, Holly, Marge, Martie,and Debra I would like to mention Sudhir for all his inspriration, Balladeer for his kindness and proding,then of course the following people for always being so kind in replies and also for putting up so many excellent poems and allowing me to reply from the heart.....serenity, Karilea,Melissa(million bucks please )greeneyes, Bill, Sunny1,JennE,Juls,Liz Santos,LJA/lorelei,Maureen,Kit,rosepetals,Marsha,Parker whom writes among the best there is along with Brian and Doreen,Claire,well the list goes on and if I didn't mention you please do not be offended and EVERYONE with the "ONE TIME ONLY" exception has meant something to me and well the one time "MAN" doesn't bother me at all either because I find he has some talent too. This has been a wonderful experience for me here and I feel I have grown and everyonehere has had a hand in that. So thanks to you all and only one favor....please DO NOT classify me as MR. Romantic though I do write only from the heart, just tell me whether you like my poems or not and continue to allow me to respond that way also. Jesting is always welcome as it brings a smile to my face and I think most of you have given me plenty.
