Somebody explain it me PLEASE...As I sit here ill, with an abcessed tooth, and NO INSURANCE...and my mother, who does have her HMO (more dirty words) and has a history of heart disease, with one heart attack so severe that she "died" and was defibrillated (sp?) back to life, was just denied coverage of her annual check up, with her heart specialist...and my children are also uninsured while their father works for a medical facility... (LSU Medical Center)AND my father recuperating from emergency surgery (because he says that his HMO does not cover preventative medicine procedures, a situation that should have been minor became major) and I know this is a RAMBLE...but I am FURIOUS, again...somebody explain it to me please. Sighs. Grumbles. I'd beat my head against the monitor, but my head already hurts, and I LIKE my monitor...besides, I might get hurt, and like I said, I HAVE NO INSURANCE... Well the only ansewr i can give is MONYE. You would think that as a race of intelagent and compassionate beings we would be able to put health care above makeing monye but guses not. I feel your pain, it makes me sik too!!! |

I don't get any of that. All i know is that what goes on sucks. We should revolt........boycott health insurance......well maybe not but still, something has to be done!  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. I hate your socks. I'd like to burn them! |

hi SERENITY, I gotta tell ya this issue is a good one you bring forth... I was fortunate to have been in a city for most part of my life where healthcare was at no cost to anyone (ie: no user fees or premiums) but now having relocated to a city where I have to pay IT SUX BIG TIME...  coco Hope you're feeling better sweetie |
