I swore I was going to watch, I really, really did. I got on a scale this morning, and I have gained 8 lbs, in 8 days!

I am SO mad at myself AGAIN! I don't even drink, so that is all food!

I am SO mad at me. How did you make out?

Here we go again, 2009 resolutions, and mine is obviously to lose that weight I put on over Christmas and more!

I gave up on those a long time ago

I just end up bummed I didn't do what I set out to. For me the only one, and the one I won't be breaking is to get my butt "home"

Why won't we keep them? Not because we don't want to...it's all about bad habits.

Mys...have some foot surgery...on both feet. It's bound to keep you away from food for a few days. Even while on our vacation in Hawaii, I lost two pounds.

Probably because I walked all of the goodies off...

which led to the timeliness of foot surgery. I won't tell you how many pounds I've lost because I'm sure the two pounds of bandages won't count when it's all over...

I think I'll keep the easier of my New Year's resolutions...to be a better person this next year; to remember others before myself; to not send one "belated" birthday greeting; and to think about the harder resolutions I would like to keep, but not put myself on the grill pit if I don't.

And while we're at resolutions, this is for Ron: Thank you for resolving to keep Passions the best its ever been...because if it weren't for you, I wouldn't have a chance to add to Mysteria's post.

Well I enjoyed your responses that is for sure. Actually I don't make resolutions, and very seldom make promises either, just in case I can't follow through. However, I did go out and make a plan today at the gym to get it off anyway. That gives me, let's see, two more days to eat whatever I want.

Sunshine, I have always thought that our purpose in life was to serve others, so your plan is a good one

With each passing year, we become more of who we are, and have so much more to share and give.

Well, Happy New Year Everyone, and whatever you resolve, make sure it makes you happy.
