St. Augustine Florida.

Awesome.

Ghost walks, great little clubs, water, the fort, shops and outstanding food.  There are carriage rides, B&B's and so much more.

I've been there more times then I can count and every time I love it more.

The man behind the plan is just as impressive, if not more so, than what he has taken time to create, and share.

Thanks, Drauntz, for a chance to tell others of what can be found...all over!

Yeah, that's some Library. I wish we had something like that here!!!

Instead of Dollywood!! But I'll give credit where credit is due. Dolly has given back in many ways.

I'd tell everyone to come see the Smokies, but you have to know how to get past all the tourist industry to explore the trails, waterfalls, creek-beds, pinnacles and rocky outcroppings: the completely untouched and seemingly prehistoric regions of flora and fauna. Talk about an earthly paradise! It's just getting harder and harder to get lost off the beaten path.

Regina, I spent a honeymoon in your neck of the woods, and I would go back in a split second.  It was wonderful!

rwood...my best time in Tennessee was when I got to go Seymour (just outside Pigeon Forge)at Big Mama's Cafe. The absolute best karaoke time I ever had and back then they had streaming video on the Internet so it made me psuedo-famous too LOL. Most of TN I can do without (we lived in Kingsport) but I had a great time in Seymour and we also rented a cabin up in the Smokies. It was beautiful!!!

I know that cafe! I think it's changed names now, Grand Karaoke, or sumthin'. Great music joint. Plus, They serve the biggest onion rings on the planet.

That place is 10 min. from my house. I didn't think anyone would know where Seymour was so I never say.

Awesome!!

On a happier note, thank you Drauntz for giving me a chance to give some old friends some well-deserved free advertising!
http://www.bloggingneworleans.com/2007/05/31/recovery-pen-fair-grinds-reopens/

These people are two of the most generous, kind-hearted, hard-working souls I have ever met! Their story is very inspiring--and now, after two years of giving away free coffee and hugs to the neighborhood, they are now open for business!

I'm so proud of them I could just bust.

This is the kind of thing that makes me love New Orleans so much...

Check out the photos--that mural? A historic find when they first renovated the place--I'm so excited.

GLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

My dear SB, I'll go there to have a cup of coffee if I go to New Orleans.

Thank you.

I have many tears for New Orleans. some of my friends, young and old went there to help.
I still remember that some on the radios jumped out to judge...oh, I should slap them if I had the chance.

you must have many sad stories.

Thank you Mz. D.

It's really nice to know that we're not forgotten. I was in a pretty bad mood until I got the news. This couple is truly inspiring!

Thanks again, for allowing me to share.

My dear SB, this will never be forgotten.

The news, the pictures. I will never forget a man said that he saw two girls about two years old hand in hand on the ground-lifeless. and the nursing home--

tragedies....man made. why a stronger dam? where are all of those millitary helicopters?

not to ruin your night, dear lady.

finish your book and fight on the philosophy
thread.

many hugs
