"He"? Like in the Big Guy? (serenity looks up) He MUST, because um, I was just window shopping and it flooded here in New Orleans.

Seriously. Street flooding, and the only people who got water in the house was US--'cause we also had a plumbing leak.

(I hope it was a leak and not um, "stuff" backing up. *shudder*)

My moment of gratitude for the day: Wet-N-Dry Vacs. Yep.

And a friend told me she saw New ORleans style creole cottages for sale at a local building supply company. I couldn't find THOSE online, so I guess I'll have to go see them for myself. Work, work, work.

Dear SB,
He is the Hurricane. he will take it with you inside it. I do not think that it is a safe place....the boat house..or floating house..or your dreamhouse. It would better be your dreamhouse than something prepared for Him.

smiles....almost that time of year...sigh...we need rain..are in the middle of a drought here...but lord don't send it all in one week!!
