OR-- the meanest vocabulary list of words I didn't know I didn't know: Luciferous Logolepsy http://www.kokogiak.com/logolepsy/ (okay...I knew "lambent"--shrug--it's a nice word to know tho) But much fun for scrabble players, writers, and people who just generally enjoy confusing other people! ![]() (and nod--I've got insomnia again folks--or is it too early to in the morning to call it insomnia?) ![]() |

Here's another "fun" resource: http://www.mic.ki.se/Diseases/Alphalist.html and in case your character doesn't make it? check out: http://web2.airmail.net/uthman/Autop.html and I gotta credit www.burryman.com --a vast storehouse of information, writer's tools, contests, and amusements. |

My sister got me I Always Look Up the Word "Egregious" for Christmas a couple years ago... I was ashamed to admit that I only recognized about half the words in there. I only knew what about a quarter of them meant... |

Scope out that burryman site, C. It's fascinating.... chuckle Just what I needed--a storehouse of more useless information to annoy people with! (But the history section is awesome too!) *chuckle* OH..and under diversions? My kids loved 99 rooms. ![]() |
