Well, I don’t know how to improve anything so my suggestion would be… “drum roll please” Set this poem aside for awhile, keep it like on your desk or something and once and awhile get it out. Think about what you could do/want to do with it and if you get any instant inspiration write it down! i jus hate the cold, it is freezing and wet on the track field and our p.e teacher still makes us run two miles but it rained so we only ran three laps and did painful stretching on Monday. I am having writers block too. I can kinda write or at least write prose and kina a poem im working on and lost interest. but reading I barely manage. Do you get the feeling that no one in teen expects real comments anymore? Even with their critique messages that say all of “don’t just say good write, tell me what you think, I can handle anything you want to tell me”, they really just expect “great piece, I loved it”. Is it just me getting the feeling and being paranoid or is anyone else feeling the same way? I mean, it almost appears that way, because even when people DO tell what they think it appears in the form of “great write”, no reason to WHY it is a great write or WHY they even like the poem. I don’t know… it’s just kind of depressing cause I really want to know what everyone thinks of my work (when I post something) but I don’t seem to get much of an answer. All well, I guess that’s just the way of it… Yes, phantom of the opera is an amazing movie that you've got to see! Nvm, I will crittique three real crittiques but you gotta give me credit most were line by line crittiques. If people ask for real crittiques then if you read their work you should be willing to at least try to tell why you did or didn't like it. p.s yes I know I don't have the cleanest slate in the world but im trying. |

haha hmmm sometimes it is hard to really critique a poem b/c you knew you liked it but you don't know why. i try to explain why i liked it b/c if pple say don't just write "good write" i don't just put that or they might not want to read my comments cuz they are the same. but i admit it can be hard to reply sometimes. hmmm i don't really know if they straight out want to hear good job they just wanna hear i liked this poem b/c, so they know why people like it... but i am just rambling on and if i go back to re-read this it probab;y won't make sense so i will leave it up to you all p.s. i will try to watch it this weekend. hey what time does school start for you all? and what time do y'all got to wake up? And rhia; thanks for the critiques, I don’t know what you critiqued but great job! Bekah; sorry about your finger, hope it starts to feel better in the next day or so. Volleyball can be killer for sprains it seems, but so can lots of other sports. I like the hiding song too, but I really like the looking in the mirror one, and think of me. Hunnie; you really should watch the movie, I found it to be most enjoyable. I suppose it depends on where your tastes run though; some people find the movie to be boring because of all the singing… idiots! Um, I guess this thread is about anything and everything now. It started in another thread of a poem I'd written and moved here because the rest of these lunatics were plotting a change-nothing-protest against me cause I was changing the poem the original thread started in. In the end it's just a bunch of chatter about nothing that's rather enjoyable since we don't communicate through email at the moment. I hope that explains everything, unless someone else wants to take a try at an explanation? Nope, I haven't seen the 9/11 movie, yet... I'm not sure how well I would handle something like that, I knew a few people who were in the towers and that sort of thing is hard for me to watch. Dark water… is that the shark one? Or is that something else I’m thinking about… I can’t remember if I saw it or not? if you go to nashville go visit or stay at the opryland hotel! The place is amazing; in the garden area sort of place they have boat rides through the "river" that flows through the hotel. One of my favorite places to go, at least for hotels... Stupid exams. tomoro and the next day. i was gonna play badminton but we live way out in the bondocks and it was 7-9 and winter so mi mummi didn't wanna drive that late and bad road conditions but... one day Volleyball wow i am ok at that but not the best i think the only job i can do is serve it well sorta... |

OMG I watched it today and Simon was so mean to thins guy, I wouldn't have cared if all he said was you suck but he told the guy that he looks like a creature. that is cold. The idiotic part is that it sent a power surge through the phoneline and fried the modem on my computer! You'd think out of all the people out there and all the places it could've chosen someone elses backyard!! As it is I have no computer at home until I decide to put out the money to buy a new modem but I'm still in shock and do not feel like putting out the money. Oh, and it snowed today, it hardly ever snows here, like once every ten years but now it's snowed twice this year, so much for global warming... Nope no finals for this semester. Term ends on the 23rd.. Kinda afraid of what grades I'll get. My italian friends mess around in class and complain a ton and make sarcastic remarks alot or fool around and we had subs for two weeks for most classes and they , kinda me included were rilly awful. I hope all that wont figure into my grades. But I dunno. for eng mayb not cause thats my best subject and I do the work rilly well despite my comments and arguing. But french,italian and mayb P.e i dunnoo. uh o Yah we get reruns of Americas next top model. But Im gonna get the the new season of itunes. Iv so far seen most of the third season and the fourth. Some of the beginning episodes Iv seen for them but on season 4 I only saw the very last episode and the ones between there and finals I missed. |

Jordan sucked last night!! she looked like frankenstein!! omg. lol But BLAKE. he did AMAZING. omg- he was by far the best last night. and i think that chris richardson will go- even though he did good last night. hes not consistent |

I'm glad she won but I have a feeling a few of the people who didn't win won't have any trouble signing for a record. lol idk. i never read guidelines haha and i was going for blake until i came to my senses and realized that hes amazing but Jordin is just so much more talented in vocals. go her. and i agree...like melinda and blake--they'll get records |
