 First inning - Damon hits a home run!... Yeah!!! 1-0 Boston... It's been 86 years since the Red Sox have won the World Series. That means that approximately 98% of the world's population wasn't yet born at that time and will hopefully be witnessing a win for the first time in their lives... New Englanders all know how close these guys have come to winning over the years, and how they've managed to "foul" it up over and over again...  Here's hoping for 2004...It's just after 8:00 and this just might be the final game of the series... How 'bout those Red Sox? Oh - And let's not forget that we'll be seeing a full eclipse of the moon in the course of the evening. Go Boston!!!...  |

nan, i'm with you here. and oh! holding my breath, not wanting to jinx anything (my fear when speaking about it), i prefer just watch in silence until it's /all/ over. glad you're there rooting!  gotta go! |
