In Greece -- Zeppelin Goes Over Like Lead Balloon

Athens citizens are complaining that a new 200 foot long Zeppelin being used for all kinds of electronic surveillance during the upcoming Olympics violates their civil rights.

Michael Moore is making a documentary called "My Big Fat Greek Blimp".

Amsterdam -- Toe Lickin Good  (Tastes Like Chicken?)

Police were unable to prosecute a 35 year-old man who has been sneaking up on sun-bathers and licking their toes.  It was determined to be odd but not a crime.

The US Senate Republicans in response stated 'Everything they do over there the liberals want to do over here -- so lets just add a Constitutional ban on toe-licking now and save our traditional values.'

The drinking water supply has been found to contain trace amounts of the anti-depressant Prozac and has been apparently building up for some time in the rivers and water table in Great Britain.

Prime Minister John Majors said 'Well that explains why we British have always been so polite'.

In Tacoma, Washington -- Republicans Pick Con to Run

Officials in the Republican Party are attempting to withdraw the candidate they selected to run for state auditor who is a roadside flower salesman and turned out to be a part-time jailbird.  No one checked his resume.
