The time being for an American Idol discussion! Tongight's the night...where will you be??? I think John Stevens, Jon Peter Lewis, and Camille should be bottom 3 tonight. Just like I thought they should last week, too. I'd have to say that I agreed with all the judges last night, most performances were just average. Definitly not good enough for this point in the competition. But, there were 2 exceptions. George Huff and Jennifer Hudson. I LoVe my Georgie, he's great all the time...the way he controls the audience and demands respect and a good time. And I've never been a huge fan of Jennifer, but last night she blew me away. Her version of the song from the Lion King, it was terrific. Usually I think she over-sings notes, somtimes I think she screams a little. And overall LaToya and Fantasia were good as usual. As for the rest, nobody else stands out in my mind. I don't know, I'm rootin for George still! Is wisdom wasted on the past? |

Muted, where are you at? The motown eppy was from I think 2 weeks back...soul is definitly George's style. And guess what? The new season 3 American Idol c.d. features soul classics. I'm buyin it when it comes out, just to hear my Georgie's sweet voice! All you need is love. |
