Serenity's 'People Watching' Challenge got me to thinking...

How often do we slow down enough to realize that someone may need our help. Maybe just a kind word, or a smile.
I am guilty of this, and I often wonder how many lives could be changed if only I took the time to ask..."Are you okay?"

Just a thought to ponder.
