Ten years ago, on Feb. 26, 1993, a bomb built by a group of Islamic extremists exploded in the parking garage of New York's World Trade Center, killing six people and injuring more than 1,000 others.

What a shame we didn't declare war on terrorism then....9/11 might have been avoided...

Yes, hindsight is 20/20 but the interesting point is that, if things are done, there is no hindsight. If a war on terrorism had been declared than and there had not been a 9/11, then there would have been nothing to look back on and know we did the right thing...just as if we act now and avoid future 9/11's we'll never know what we may have prevented because they will not have happened. Quite a quandry...
