Best Christmas present for me had to have been the year my parents suprised us with an Atari. Very cool....
can't think of anything I really want right now. I am very fortunate, my family is healthy, and we are doing really well. I'd like to hear from my big brother. That would be awesome.

I have been blessed with a wonderful family and my Uncle and Aunt drove in from Texas tonight, so that was a great gift and suprise.

I don't know what the best gift I ever got is, but I think this year I am getting a TV for my bedroom.  Oh, and my boyfriend is getting me a scanner for the Computer.

omg - Susan? that's exactly what I was thinking too. I remember the Atari, and yep, we got it on Christmas (does that make us old? )

What I want this year: Ali Larter. (I figure if I keep wishing for her long enough I'll either get her, or delude myself into thinking I have her... hehe)

Kissy Face, that doesn't make us old...it makes us well seasoned I loved that game system. Pac Man is still my favorite game. I still remember the very first one we got though, that Pong game? Do you remember that one?? That was mostly for my parents though lol.

I was addicted to "break out"--

kinda ironic, that, ain't it?

Through most of college, I got the bulk of my exercise playing pinball. You know, that thing with real flippers and real metal balls? And if you don't know what I mean by "body English," then you have no idea just how much exercise it can be.

Pong was cool. Breakout was better. Buck a game, and I NEVER lost. Asteroids rocked.

Atari...My favorite game is Q-bert         I still play it sometimes.  Also, Circus Atari! where you bounce the acrobats up and down at the balloons.

Yeah, Q-Bert was sweet, but I remember it from the ole' 8-bit NES? Was it on Atari first? I'm afraid I'm a bit young to clearly remember Atari...

I remember being awesome at Q-bert when I was about 7, though... and a couple years ago I got it for my PC... and I SUCK at it now! I'm still pretty good at video games (I can slam anybody in that SNES Tetris Attack) but I can't regain the hang of it...

I have an NES. Anyone remember Final Fantasy? I always played Mario too. I played the NES when I was six, now I sit and play my PS2, I never have seen an Atari before. I've heard everything about them.  I might make you feel old, unintentioanlly of course, because i am 14 and when I hear the name Atari, I think, gosh, that was a long time ago. But, back to subject , my best X-mas present so far is contact lenses. These things are sooo cool

i remember getting old-school nintendo when it just came out.

i was SO happy.

i completely forgot until you reminded me sea, thanks.

but i'm not one for video games much anymore.  the new ones are disturbing and i don't even like to think about them.

Hey hush,
I'm not sure if Q-bert was out on Atari or Colleco vision first.
Every version  I've ever played on any system has been very enjoyable.
I haven't played it for a long time though so I am probably no better than you.

I love Tetris Attack for SNES too.  But I loved almost every game that came out on the SNES.  I think it still is the best Nintendo game system.

not ALL video games are disturbibg. Fianl Fantasy series are always enticing, exciting, beautiful, not-really-that-violent games!!
