Do you believe that a person can have the same or similar personality as another or is everyone's personality comepletely unique to them?

Well, I think everyone is different, but I think that we can have a lot in commen with other people. I think if we diden't have some things in commen then movie makers , music artists. etc..etc woulden't be selling so many records or movies. I know that my boyfriend and I are a lot alike, we even have alot of the same habits. But he still has his own view on things and his own likes and dislikes.

Well, anyway, that is my two cents, hope it made sense, cause as I read back now I'm pretty confused at what I said. hahah ok i need to go take a nap now.

LOl, Karen I can relate, I have about a dozen personalities only three of them are nice.
People have common traits, common experiences, but how they view the world will be completely different.
Say, you could take two identical twins, separate them and create an environment that is identical in every way possible, then in thirty years compare the results and they would be different. Our environment may shape us and or attitudes, our social status will also have an effect on us, but we are born with certain characteristics that are unique to each of us.

I don't know what my personality is. I have a whole slew of pretend personalities, and somewhere in the midst of them, I lost my real one. LOL.

My personalities are like masks. I get up in the morning, and say, "Which one do I want to wear today?" Its great fun.

There are facets of anothers personality to which you can have but on the whole - no. It is unique in itself. The fact that you can have parts of anothers personality can come into play hence the likeness of certain individuals but overall I don't believe that you can.
