Stare into a mirror
Through a single pane of glass
Adore the reflection
For your image will soon pass

Heed ye Narcissus' sample here
A haftling turned by selflove's mere
He shunned the maid he ought adore
And loved his self-reflection more,
In the which appetitious thought
That witsick wight his death begot.
But yet upon his lifeend's hour
He left behind a lovely flower.
