John the Cat, thought you would get a kick out of this seeing as how much you love children's poetry! Amie I've made mistakes In days past But in the big picture They never seem to last I'm just an ant In a colony of millions I've spent my days In many pavillions People with problems Many and few Amie tried to fly And boy, she flew! Right over a building And into a cow No one knows Quite why or just how Now she's quiet (In a padded cell) Because she tried to fly And fell!
