once a blossoming meadow now faded and dry once a cosy HOME now an echoing shell love grew there once upon a time long ago in a fairy story I can barely recall deep in the corners of our heart's recess under years of dust and broken wishes faintly glowing the remnants of this home flicker and die with disuse and neglect leaving an empty shell of fading laughter and childhood smiles and a baby's first cry tears of rage slip down my cheek (the only water in this parched land) and deep inside I ~wish~ the rain would come and drench my thirsty Heart [This message has been edited by X Angel (edited 03-24-2000).] |

Oh I liked this one X Angel Is it heart or home for which you weep are they the same then I must ask. It seems the earth and soul are dry To find a well we must dig deep. |
