Happy birthday dear, dear friend may good things come to you. I'd say this is your day to shine but that would be untrue. For every day is yours to take to do with as you will. The world is yours to taste of, so go forth and take your fill. Your friendship has many facets it's a gem of clarity. You're valued by all who know you but you're everything to me. Your friendship is a gift to me you're a true friend in every way. I love you dear, sweet Sheila, may your wishes come true today. Happy birthday! I should have stated this before - the 16th was my best friends birthday. Every day for the past few weeks I've struggled for the words to write a poem.
