It isn't just for relaxation; He'll never fall into stagnation. You know he's not the silent kind, But other things are on his mind. Like complex algebra expressions And Portugal's royal successions, The perfect tense of Spanish "ir", And tragedies by Will Shakespeare. And "Kitty's" never far away.... But he'll be back, I'm sure, one day; Yes, taking newbies by the arm And sharing his poetic charm, Regaling us, just like before, From his own chair, there by the door. But now, my purple Dragon-son, There's WORK that simply MUST get done!! (Poor Sam....can't escape the nagging even here. But he IS making progress! And when he comes back, I'm sure he'll have success to report. And I will be even more proud of him than I am already.....) The very best to all our friends here in the Pub, Exile/414 |
