Well, I've been away from my computer for awhile so I just wanted to say Hi to everyone new. Here's my attempt at a plain old love poem.

Your smile is the sun,
Rising in the morning.
Your touch is the earth,
Stable and supporting.

Your voice is the wind,
Blowing through the trees.
Your kiss is the rain,
It brings me to my knees.

Your mind is my gravity,
You keep me grounded.
You keep me alive,
Amazed and astounded.

Your soul is the fire,
Ignited by my own.
Our flame is the light
Guiding me home.

With you I'm truly happy,
Every single minute.
You are my world,
And everything in it.

Your "attempt" at a "plain old love poem" is far from an attempt. This is really good and speaks volumes about being in love.
