Do not forsake me, O' Forsythia. I'll die without your golden love. You bring Springtime to this heart, as surely as the cooing Dove. Do not forsake me, O' Forsythia! My heart will break in tiny pieces, never more to sing my song. Without your sweet petal kisses, Spring will surely then be gone. O' Forsythia, your promise true, as your petals do unfold, my heart is full of tender love. You're my Springtimes Crown o' Gold. A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails. |

This is a nice poem to Forsythia. Don't worry, she never fails to welcome spring for us. Along with the just as golden daffodils. Joyce |

You're fast! And this is cute. I do like the forsythia, too. It WILL come. hugs To love another person is to see the face of God. |

Forythia is forthright She shall not let you down, When the heavy cold breathers finally leave, She then will come around. She'll stand there in her radiance, All dressed in Springtimes Best, And be looking for you to dance with her-- The Springtime's Beauty in Zest! Forsythia will not fail you Her charms to you she'll bring, So that your heart can leap for joy, "Thank God, another Spring!" In the Spirit of your Poem , would it be appropriate to say, "YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" ? Enjoyed it! David No Better Place do I know Than where Hearts knit as one, For in that grand experience, The Better ALL become. God Bless us All!!!
