I used to play a movie Inside my head The film strip is broken Because I kept replaying one part over and over again The rhythm of the water laping the shore Mixing with the breeze The sand that had turned cold I was by myself Crying into my sweat shirt Pulled down over my goose bumped bare legs He left my fantasy Before I could say I loved him He was never there That's why when I watched it in the empty theater There was nothing but white fuzz and a forlone buzz I used play a movie In my head I'm not heart broken any more Just angry That my fantasy will never be a reality I used to play a movie...
