....my dearest friend Blue..sent me a picture of herself and her baby boy...I was messin with its color level..and was inspired...wish I had a way to show you....Sol

Nose to nose with him I'm laughing
Nose to nose he smiles at me
Never knowing at this moment
His whole future do I see

The days of crawling, walking
Late night feedings up with me
All the fussing and the fighting
Over carrots or strained peas

The days of school and summer
Flying by with lightning speed
The snuggling times of Holidays
Round a glowing family tree

Will he meet a wondrous woman?
Who will take him then from me?
Will she gladly call me Mum?
Will he marry one like me?

Nose to nose with him I'm sighing
His tender Mum is all he sees
His fingers brush my teary cheeks
His smile is all I see

This is pretty, Sol, and left me wanting more.  I'm sure it will appeal to lots of Mums. It certainly did to me.

Thanks everyone...when I was a boy..my mom would write stuff like this all the time...(( yes I get it all from her ))..only I had no idea why she'd write it...frommy point of view...I was still just as sweet and wonderful *L* (( a man's ability to see himself as he wishes starts at a very young age))

But now...with my own kids..I understand
